With over 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industries, Emma has dedicated her career to helping others see the world.
She began her journey in 1989, working in the hotel industry, where she quickly progressed through various roles that gave her a deep understanding of service, customer care, and the importance of creating memorable experiences.
After nearly a decade in hospitality, Emma joined the travel industry, and quickly established herself, discovering her passion for helping clients plan and book their dream holidays.
After returning to travel three years ago, Emma founded Taylored Travel to bring a more personal touch back to the booking experience. Her approach is built on genuine connection, expert advice, and the belief that travel should be joyful, seamless, and meaningful.
